About Me
_edited.jpg)
Hello, I’m Juliet — a Clinical Psychologist and illustrator who is passionate about accessibility, creativity, and helping people make sense of feelings.
I’ve spent many years working with children and young people, including those with experiences of trauma, adoption, fostering, and difficulties in school and community settings. I also like to consider the bigger picture and how social inequality contributes to how people feel.

Alongside my work, I am a keen artist, and enjoy creating illustrations that bring psychological ideas to life. What began as a thought to share some of my doodles during training, has now grown to a small business and a much bigger social media following.
A little bit about my background

-
Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, with Masters in Community Psychology.

-
Worked in schools as a learning mentor and mental-health support, and later as a therapist and support worker for children in varying situations (foster care, adoption, displacement, etc.).

-
Over the years I’ve trained in diverse therapeutic approaches — CBT, attachment-informed practice, trauma-focused work — and seen how therapy, creativity and compassion together can make a safe, healing space.
